What to Expect:

A typical prenatal Massage Session at Seasons Massage Therapy can be 60 minutes, 75 minutes or 90 minutes. It depends on the preference of the mother to be.   With pregnancy comes changes in the body.  We use pillows, bolsters and a Body-Cushion system to accommodate these changes to ensure optimal comfort for the Mom to be. She will be draped with a sheet and only the body part that is being worked will be exposed. A line of communication is established to ensure that all Client’s needs are addressed during the session.
